What I did

  • Led a team of four to program a fully autonomous robot that locates and retrieves cans via PID control in C++
  • Developed software for incremental integration testing of our robot throughout our iterative design process
  • Implemented sonars and IR sensors to detect cans and IR beacons of specific frequencies similar to echolocation
